GirlyWing.com started as an extension of GameWing.com after noticing a trend on the site of girls playing games that were geared specifically towards, well, girls. The owner of this site is a former elementary school teacher and currently works in a middle school. As with GameWing.com, the goal of GirlyWing.com is to provide fun, safe and exciting content geared towards girls without having to worry about inappropriate content. The games on GirlyWing are meant to cover a wide spectrum of age groups so that it is not exclusively for older or younger players.

A word about "appropriate" content on GirlyWing.com?
You will find no violence, nudity or other 'inappropriate' content on the site. However, as with the nature of "dress-up" games, some games may contain undergarments when changing outfits on the game character(s). All games are reviewed to ensure appropriate content. In addition, "dress-up" style games are also checked to meet the GirlyWing "beach standard". This beach standard means that the amount of skin shown in a game does not exceed that which you would see at a public, family oriented beach in the U.S. In other words, we try to limit how revealing a dress-up style game will be.
